Owl City “Fireflies”

Owl City

If you’re like me, you really enjoyed the free song Owl City released a few weeks back.  It was called “Hot Air Balloon”, and pretty much definited catchy, ambient electronic music to me.  Which is why I’m so excited to bring you another free Owl City song, this time from his new full-length CD, Ocean Eyes.

It’s called “Fireflies”, and it’s available for free as iTunes Single of the Week.  Just like “Hot Air Balloon”, it’s extremely catchy, airy, and fun.  Actually, “Fireflies” sounds like stars & fireflies, if you can imagine it.  It’s good, and it’s free, which is an amazing combination if you ask me.  :)   Check it out!

  1. Amazing stuff, and I’m not even usually into this kind of music. His style is amazing, and I’m a big Mae fan, so his vocals are right up my alley. :)
